Converting leads to accounts / opportunities

When a lead has real potential to buy from your business partner, you can convert it into an account or an opportunity in the LogixCRM.
1. Go to Leads on the top.
2. Search a desired lead and click its name to open its details.
3. Click Convert in the top right corner.
5. If there is no duplicate lead, click Continue to Convert and the following screen comes up.
6. Assign the lead to another user as a account manager (owner), set up the account name, account status, opportunity details, and create a new task.
7. Click Save to save the changes, and go to Accounts to check the new account.
An account can have numerous opportunity names for different products. Create multiple opportunities for an account per the instructions below.
1. Click Accounts on the top.
2. Pick a desired account and click its name to open the details.
3. Go to the Opportunities section, and click New Opportunity to create a new opportunity name.
4. Repeat the Step 3 to create multiple opportunity names when necessary.
Take the account name Darren Harris, for example. The opportunity names for him could be like Darren Harris-Forex, Darren Harris-Stocks, and more.
