An open task could be usually assigned with a different owner from the account manager (owner) of the lead, account, or opportunity and the task owner needs to follow up on the task status. However, job rotation, job transfer, or employee turnover are often likely to happen in business, and manually modifying owners in a management system could be bothersome and annoying.
To prevent the inconvenience of client management caused from changing ownership, the LogixCRM allows you to synchronize the task owners and the account managers of leads / accounts / opportunities. All you need to do is simply toggle a switch to enable the function. Go to Setup > Settings > General Settings to toggle the switch to Enable.
In the circumstance, for example, if an account manager no longer deals with a lead and a new one takes over the lead, all open tasks related to the lead will be re-directed and re-assigned automatically to the new one.
