Setting up API tokens

API tokens are sometimes also known as access tokens. They are collections of code that connotes a lot of data pertinent to a lead, an account, or an opportunity, for your website to integrate with the LogixCRM and call for clients’ data.

You can CRUD (create, read, update, delete) the data of leads / accounts / opportunities and synchronize leads from your registration portal through API. Regarding synchronization, please contact us [email protected].

Note: There is an expiration date for each token to avoid website hacking and data theft. As an API token is expired, any client details created on your website cannot be transmitted to the LogixCRM and may cause data gaps. The expiration date is definable by the administrators.

1. Go to Setup > Settings > API Token, click Add to create a new API token.

2. Enter a token name and click Save.

3. The token has been created with small collections of code.
