List of lead status

Users granted permission by administrators to edit the field of Lead Status when adding new leads can select one from a drop-down list of the following options.

• Call attempt 1

• Call attempt 2

• Call attempt 3

• Cold Lead

• Hot Lead

• Warm Lead

• Active

• Contacted

• Qualify Lead

• Unqualified Lead

• Duplicate

• Prospecting
