Granting permissions by team

To protect your customer information and empower your users to work safely, the authorization level for each user must be well controlled.
The administrators of your LogixCRM can grant users permission to view or edit specific pages by department or section. Multiple pages and functions can be granted for a team of users. Ensure that authorization of these functions is appropriate and necessary for the team.
Before granting permissions, administrators need to create users and set up the departmental tree diagram of your company in Organization Chart in the first place. Refer to and . Then follow the steps below to set up permissions.
Note: Improper granting permissions might cause your business loss.
1. Go to Setup > Company Info > Permissions, the page below comes up.
2. Click on Select Team to bring up your organization chart and select a department or section.
3. Descriptions regarding permissions for this department can be added optionally.
4. Tick pages and functions in Permission Setting to authorize the department. Take the Global 1 as an example. The Global 1 is authorized to view data and create views but is not permitted to delete leads / accounts / opportunities.
5. Click Save to save changes after you tick all functions required.
