An administrator of the LogixCRM is a top-level user that can create users for the LogixCRM, give users permissions for dealing with clients or converting leads to accounts, ban users, set up criteria for data display, create IP whitelists for accessibility, set up workflows for action trigger, and more.
Let’s get started setting up your LogixCRM as an administrator!
After you subscribe to the LogixCRM, you will receive an account name (your email address) and a pre-configured password to log in to the LogixCRM. When logging in to the LogixCRM for the first time, ensure to change the password for your business security.
